Our marquees are all white and waterproof. They are free standing which allows them to be used on hard surfaces. Pegs are used where possible. Sizes are all based on 3m x 6m and 4m x 8m modules. The sizes we have available are 3m x 6m, 6m x 6m, 4m x 8m, 8m x 8m, 12m x 8m. Sides are available for extra cost.

We recommend 40W weatherproof flouo lights for inside the marquee available for extra cost. For a beautiful coloured roof effect, hire our LED DMX spots that can provide ever changing coloured mood lighting.

All marquee hire is subject to suitable weather conditions. In particular, our marquees are rated for wind gusts up to 30km/hr. For this reason, bookings will only be accepted 7 days or less prior to your function date. This allows us to check expected wind gust conditions for that day and the day following the event. If the wind gust is predicted to exceed 30km/hr then we are unable to hire the marquees. This is for your safety and your guests plus damage to the marquee.
The website we use to check the predicted wind gust is www.weather.com 10 day forecast for Wollongong. You can check this site prior to booking. Click the down arrow to expand the event day. We use the maximum gust km/hr value.

Assisted setup price is where you provide assistance in the popup phase. It is much easier to popup the marquee when there are a few people to help. If you can't provide assistance for this part then tell us at booking that you want unassisted setup. This costs extra as it takes us more time to popup the marquee.

We now have 5m LED strip lights that can provide white light or mood lighting for dinner and later turn your marquee into a disco! You need to hire one controller and from 1 to 4 LED strips depending on which marquee your hiring. It comes with a remote control to select the modes, colours, speed of change.
